Sometimes we have a tendency to try to make things the way we think they should be. I have a tendency to see a family and wish that my family was like that one. There are some things that are not changeable though. God placed me in the family He wants me in.
My focus should be on being the daughter God wants me to be. He has to be the one that changes my family if He chooses. My job is simply to be obedient to Him. Which is not all that simple sometimes.
